Bad movies have the Razzies, and now bad music has the BMAs.

It’s only fair – a bad movie is confined to a movie theater, but bad music is going on everywhere.  It’s playing on your radio.  It’s playing on other people’s radios.  It’s playing in your car.  It’s playing at the store.  Your annoying coworker plays it all day long.  Bad music will get stuck in your head and refuse to leave.

The Bad Music Awards are our way of honoring these songs with what they truly deserve.

The First Annual BMAs will be handed out on February 1, 2010, and will honour the worst in music from 2009.
